WHAT IS PREORDER?
It is a more sustainable way to produce, we only produce what has already been ordered. When a product is preorder, it means that this product is being produced, and you will receive it as soon as we have them ready. The shipping date for these products is always indicated on the product page. By producing in this way, we avoid overproduction and are able to reduce our waste.
** When an order contains one stocked product and one preorder, the products will be shipped together on the date that the preorder product is expected to be shipped

If you have a fabric backpack, you can wash it with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Make sure you avoid leather and iron pieces.
If you wish to clean a leather backpack, please take it to a professional cleaner. Some leather stores carry different lines of products to protect your backpack from water and dirt.

Sure! If you wish to change your order, contact us at help@olend.net, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that changes are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped.

For products in stock, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days (not including Spanish public holidays) and shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona. For preorder products, you can find the shipping date on the product page and the email confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
Spain & Portugal: 24- 72h
Europe: 2-4 days
Outside Europe: 3-6 days
UK: 4-6 days (the parcel may be retained at UK customs beyond ÖLEND's control some extra time)
